Rotate superuser password

Sets the new password in Postgres + Coolify, then re-syncs pgAdmin automatically. The new password is shown ONCE below — save it to the password manager immediately.

pgAdmin sync

Re-points pgAdmin at Coolify's current passwords. Safe anytime; prints no secrets.
